Mango Custard with Berries
This mango custard is a fun, easy to make dessert that replicates the look and texture of custard but with mango. You can wow your guests at a dinner party and they will think you slaved over this Mango Custard for hours!
Make sure you use perfectly ripe mangoes, if they are too green you will not get a nice smooth texture to the custard.

How many cups of mango will 2 ripes mangoes yield? I usually buy frozen mango chunks and thaw them, since it is hard to find ripe mangoes where I live.
1 Mango = 1 Cup
