Nature’s Path Qi’a Superfood Snack Bars #OnMyPath #Qia #Giveaway

I’ve been pretty careful about what I am eating this year and I’ve been really enjoying Nature’s Path Qi’a Superfood cereal.  I love the texture and flavour but it’s also super amazing nutritionally!

I was pretty excited, as you can imagine, to learn that Nature’s Path created Nature’s Path Qi’a Superfood Snack Bars, packed with the same plant-based nutrition found in the cereal.

They are delicious!  Seriously so good that even my husband who is super picky has been eating them for snacks.   So good that I told my 3 year old they were made with red pepper and olives so I wouldn’t have to share.  So good, and so good for me!

Packed full of delicious organic superfoods including dark chocolate, dried fruit, nuts, chia, hemp, and coconut they are great for filling up on the go or just around the house when you want to avoid snacking on junk.

Super healthy and tasty, they are also vegan and contain 6 grams of protein and 6 grams of fibre. Plus, they are lower sugar than most energy bars so they are really great for those watching their weight!

They’re also nutrition-approved by celebrity dietitian Desiree Nielsen, R.D!

Flavours include Dark Chocolate Cranberry Almond, Nuts & Seeds & Sea Salt, Blueberry Cashew Pumpkin Seed, Roasted Peanut Dark Chocolate, and Mocha Cocoa Hazelnut.

I can’t even pick a favourite flavour because they are all just so incredibly delicious.    I love the texture and the flavour of these bars and they really do fill you up in a way that is so satisfying!

  12. I stayed the most active this summer while walking, and sometimes jogging alongside, a neighbour’s dog and I still think about him {the dog}.
I think the neighbour had his doubts about whether I could handle his very strong dog and it was exhausting for me but we bonded and I think my neighbour saw my results.
Dogs really are a woman’s best friend.
