I have had no ‘physical’ proof, per se, however, sometimes when I am thinking of a loved one who has gone to Heaven, I will hear a song that reminds me of them. It has happened several times. No, but I sense my grandmother’s presence and I feel that her spirit is always with me.
After my grandmother,who I was so very close to, passed away, I was sleeping and I woke up to see a white figure next to my bed. I couldn’t make out any features or anything, it was like a poof of smoke. But I believe it was my grandmother watching over me to make sure I was ok.
