A super decadent dessert, these Turtle Brownies are layered with caramel sauce, pecans and finished off with a drizzle of melted chocolate. Do brownies really get any better than this?
Turtle Brownies
Ingredients:
Box mix + ingredients to prepare
1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup water
¼ tsp salt
1/3 cup whipping cream
1 ½ cups pecan halves
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Directions:
Prepare brownies as directed and allow to cool.
Boil 1 cup sugar with water and salt in a saucepan over medium-high heat, without stirring, until it turns amber.
Remove from heat and slowly add the cream, stirring constantly until combined.
Stir in pecans and pour over the prepared brownie. Let cool, about 15 minutes.
Melt chocolate in the microwave, about 2 mins, stirring half way through.
Stir until smooth and drizzle over the caramel layer.
Refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
Cut into squares and serve.

My friend and i made these last week and we shared haft and haft and it's a good think because i ate most of my haft myself hubby didn't care for the sweetness....but i loved them
