Strawberries & Cream Ice Pops

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp Sugar

1/2 Cup Water

3 Cups Strawberries, hulled (or Frozen)

1/4 Cup Heavy Cream

Directions:

Bring 1/2 cup sugar and water to a simmer in a small saucepan until the sugar has dissolved.

Blend the syrup and strawberries in either a blender or food processor until pureed.  Best results are achieved using a high powered blender on whole juice mode.

Combine the 2 tbsp sugar with the cream then divide among your ice pop moulds, about 1-2 tbsp each then pour the strawberry mixture on top.
