Melon Mango Smoothie Bowl
This pretty green smoothie bowl is packed with delicious, fresh ingredients that you will find come together nicely for a refreshing breakfast smoothie.
The addition of mint pairs well with the fresh fruit for a flavour your mouth won’t get bored of.
Melon Mango Smoothie Bowl
Makes: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
1 Cup Plain Yogurt
1/4 Cup Water
3 Cups Frozen Chopped Mango
2 Cups Kale Leaves
2 Cups Fresh Honeydew Melon, chopped
2 Tbsp Fresh Mint
Ice Cubes
Suggested Toppings:
Ground Chia Seeds
Desicated Coconut Flakes
Walnuts, chopped
Kiwi Sliced,
Fresh Mango, Sliced
Directions:
In a blender, combine yogurt, water, mango, kale, melon and mint until smooth. Add ice, one cube at a time, and blend until smooth until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with suggested toppings.
