The Littlest Bigfoot is an engaging tale about 3 different kids who don’t quite fit in. It is a story about finding your place in the world, friendship and the importance of accepting differences – your own and that of others.

The story explores the unpredictability of the tween years in a thoughtful, authentic manner sprinkled with plenty enough humour that young readers will be able to easily relate to the three characters.

I loved the details about the Yare (Bigfoots), and truly enjoyed exploring the Bigfoot culture Weiner has created.

The Littlest Bigfootends with a surprise twist that I felt coming a mile away but had expected to be revealed within the story so now I am left excited for a sequel.

Overall it is a clever and fun read – perfect for 8-12 year olds.
