About the Ingredients for the Butter Pecan Instant Pot Fudge.

Butter – I use salted butter, the salt in it really helps to balance out the sweetness from the other ingredients. If you use unsalted I recommend adding in a pinch salt.

Pecans – Taste test your pecans to make sure they’re fresh.

Condensed milk – Use a good quality condensed milk.

White chocolate – Don’t use actual white chocolate chips, what you want are high quality white chocolate wafers. I would recommend using Ghirardelli but any high quality brand will do. These chocolate are meant for melting and will help you avoid grainy textured fudge.

Cinnamon – You will love how the cinnamon gently plays off the other ingredients.

Vanilla extract – Adds a bit of mellow sweetness to the fudge.

How to Make Instant Pot Butter Pecan Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Cup chopped pecans
  • 1 Can condensed milk
  • 20 Ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 Tsp cinnamon
  • ½ Tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ Cup pecans as a topping

Directions:

Set the Instant Pot on the saute setting.

Add the butter and cook until melted.

Stir constantly for 3 minutes or until the butter is starting to brown.

Turn off the Instant Pot. Add the condensed milk, white chocolate chips, cinnamon and vanilla extract.

Stir melted ingredients together.

Let it sit for 3 minutes and stir until the white chocolate is melted and all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Pour fudge inside a loaf pan.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper and transfer the fudge to the prepared pan.

Decorate with the pecans.

Take to the refrigerator and refrigerate for 3 hours or until fully set.
