Cranberry and white chocolate go together like bacon and eggs. It’s a pairing that is just meant to be. The tang of the cranberries works so well with the mild sweetness of white chocolate in these melt-in-your mouth shortbread cookies.

Made with just 5 simple ingredients, these cookies couldn’t be any easier to make. A perfect addition to any Christmas dessert plate!

Another twist on these easy cranberry shortbread cookies that I love is to omit the white chocolate and use a little orange zest.
