About the Ingredients for Warm Cinnamon Milk
Milk – Whole milk is best but you can use any type of milk you like, dairy or not.
Vanilla extract – Pure vanilla extract will give you the best flavour, but artificial is OK too.
Cinnamon – I think cinnamon stick gives the best flavour and texture. You can substitute with a tsp of ground cinnamon.
Honey – I think honey is the best sweetener, but you can either leave it out or substitute with your favourite sweetener.

- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 tsp Honey

In a small pot over medium heat, warm all the ingredients until it just comes to a boil. Lower the heat to low and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
