Snow White is one of my all-time favourite movies – if not my absolute favourite.  I loved it as a little girl and I still love watching it with my own girls now – ages 2 & 4.  It’s such a timeless classic, and the visuals are as beautiful as ever – vivid and crisp thanks to the enhancements made when it was transferred to this format.  Not much needs to be said about Snow White, I’m sure you’ve all seen it but this edition is worth picking up, even if you already have the Diamond Edition, because of all the great bonus features included. 

It’s incredible just how good this movie looks, even after all these years.  My girls who are used to CGI animated films didn’t even blink an eye at this type of animation and fell in love with Snow White as fast and as hard as I did at their ages.  It wasn’t long before they were singing along to every song and asking to watch it “just one more time”.  Funny enough, I haven’t watched Snow White since I last had a VHS player – so basically in the 90s… and I still remembered every single word to every single song.

The short interview with Walt himself regarding Snow White was a wonderful treat, and my favourite of the many bonus features.
