Satisfy your craving for dessert with this Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough recipe – snickerdoodles never tasted so good!
Every now and then I get this craving for something sweet but filling and totally sinful but I don’t want to wait for anything to bake. When it happens there is nothing better than eggless cookie batter to satisfy that sweet tooth and this snickerdooddle cookie dough recipe is a fun spin on an already delicious idea.
Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough
Ingredients:
4 tbs. butter, softened to room temperature
1/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-2 tbs. milk (or water)
1/3 C. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Combine the softened butter, sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
Slowly add in the flour. If the dough becomes thick, add a little bit of milk or water 1 tsp at a time.
Lastly, add in the cinnamon and stir to combine.
Enjoy!
