S’mores Smoothie Bowl
This S’mores Smoothie Bowl is a fun way for everyone to enjoy the taste of a summer camping recipe classic at home. Your family is going to love this quick and easy dessert recipe!
S’mores Smoothie Bowl
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Milk (of your choice)
2 Cups Vanilla Frozen Yoghurt
4 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup
1/2 Cup Marshmallows (or Marshmallow Crème)
Toppings:
Graham Crackers
Chocolate Chips
Mini Marshmallows
Directions:
Place milk, frozen yoghurt, chocolate syrup, and marshmallows into a blender and blend until smooth.
If the smoothie isn’t thick enough simply blend in more ice until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour smoothie into bowl and top with the suggested toppings, as desired.

Good idea for a smoothie bowl for kids. I am going to modify this and make it healthier. Substitute in Cacao powder for chocolate, dried dates for sweetening, avocado for thickening/creaminess, and some experimenting to see how it comes out.
