Mint Oreo Cookie Bark
Looking for a fun and easy St. Patrick’s Day inspired dessert? Maybe something no-bake? Check out this adorable Mint Oreo Cookie Bark made with crumbled cool mint Oreo’s and white chocolate sprinkled over with cute little shamrocks. These are amazingly delicious, my family literally devoured the entire batch after dinner and now they have been asking for more ever since!
Mint Oreo Cookie Bark
Ingredients:
16 oz. White Chocolate
12-16 Cool Mint Oreo Cookies, Broken in pieces (Found at Walmart Online if you can’t get them locally)
Shamrock Quins (Found at the Bulk Barn)
Directions:
Arrange 3/4 of the Oreo Cookie Pieces on a Baking sheet.
Melt White Chocolate in a small bowl either over a pot of boiling water or in the microwave.
Pour the melted chocolate over the cookies and smooth carefully with a spatula.
Sprinkle the rest of the Cookies and the Quins over the chocolate.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until firm.
Break the bark into pieces and serve.

oh this is so tempting, luckily I’ve just bought some mint chocolate this afternoon so won’t be too tempted. The trouble is I’m on my own just now and if I made these I’d eat them all too!
