Microwave Loaded Potato Soup in a Mug
This Microwave Loaded Potato Soup in a Mug is ready in under 5 minutes flat for a delicious, creamy hot meal loaded with delicious toppings like bacon, shredded cheese and more!
This creamy loaded potato soup couldn’t be any easier to make. No peeling or boiling potatoes, and no running it through a blender either. In fact this delicious soup cooks up in 4 minutes using just your microwave! Perfect for a cold winter day when all you want to do is cozy up under a blanket with a hot meal in hand.
For this recipe I used one of the CorningWare Meal Mugs I was sent to try out, and aside from your microwave and a fork, it’s the only tool you’ll need to serve this up. The meal mug even comes with a BPA-Free vented lid that allows steam to escape, so your microwave stays clean should you need to reheat your soup.
They are also non-porous so it never absorbs food, odours, flavours or stains which means you can safely use the CorningWare Meal Mugs for everything from soup to mug cakes without affecting the flavours of each individual dish. How versatile is that!
They also come in a rainbow of gorgeous colours and shades including the classic CorningWare French white.
You can find the Meal Mugs on/at Amazon, Walmart, Loblaws, Home Outfitters, London Drug and shopworldkitchen.com!

I’ve never been a fan of instant potatoes, but THIS just looks so tempting!
Honestly I hate instant potatoes, their texture is too smooth… which is why they work so great for making soup. 😉
Laurie, me neither, BUT reverse the water and milk amounts and add a little more butter and no one will know they were instant. ( even better all milk no water)
micowave for 45 minutes? That seems like a long time! Maybe it is a typo??
