  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 avocado, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro minced
  • 1 jalapeno, diced
  • 1/2 large red onion, diced
  • 2/3 cup cotija cheese, crumbled

For the Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Directions:

Dressing ingredients in a small glass bowl.
