Mexi-Casa Cheese Dip
This Mexi-Casa cheese dip has been a family favourite for decades. It’s a fabulous appetizer for any party or family get-together.
It is like a taco redone as a cheese ball topped with all the fixings you might dress your taco up with. Super delicious, this one will have your guests begging for the recipe!
This recipe actually makes enough for two cheese dips, and it can be made ahead and frozen until needed. Simply thaw out and add your fresh toppings. It seriously doesn’t get much easier than this!

Oh that plate looks extremely delicious!
I like the idea of stacking things on top of and around the dip. I also took the ranchify challenge- I made a Summer Hollandaise on the Ranch dip, a spicy Harissa Ranch Dip and a Zingy Lime and Caper Seafood Pate. All on my blog over the next few days!
