This recipe actually makes enough for two cheese dips, and it can be made ahead and frozen until needed. Simply thaw out and add your fresh toppings. It seriously doesn’t get much easier than this!

Instructions
  1. Mix together first 3 ingredients and separate into two smaller bowls lined with saran wrap and cover. Refrigerate for 2+ hours.

  2. Remove from refrigerator and just flip the dip onto a plate to remove from bowl. The Dip will retain the shape of the bowl. Cover the dip with the Lettuce, Cheese and then Tomato.
  3. Serve with Tortilla Chips.

Tip: This dip freezes well so if you only need one you can easily freeze and defrost when needed.

Mexi-Casa Cheese Dip

A dip reminiscent of Tacos. Perfect for dipping tortilla chips into!

Ingredients

  • 2 packages of cream cheese 250 mg each
  • 500 g container cottage cheese
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Ice-burg Lettuce
