Instructions:
Collect an empty tin can from your storage; in case you can’t find any tin can from your leftover stuffs, you can use any kind of pot (size of your choice but not too big). Prepare a piece of green coloured craft paper to cover the outer surface of the tin can or the pot that you collected.
Use craft glue to wrap and attach the craft paper around the tin can. Make sure to cover the whole tin can (only the outer surface).
Fill the tin can with small pebbles or stones.
Trace the template patterns on different coloured craft papers and cut them out nicely using scissors. The template includes – rainbow base, 6 arch shaped borders for 6 colors of the rainbow, cloud, pot of gold base and pot of gold.
Stick the 6 arch shaped cut outs on the rainbow base and stick the gold pot on the round cut out base. A small part of the gold pot’s base should be visible on the top side of the gold pot.
Apply golden craft glitter on the gold pot base part which is visible from the top side. Stick the cloud cut out on either open end side of the rainbow. Now stick the rainbow-cloud and the pot of gold on popsicle sticks.
Prepare popsicle sticks to make a mini ladder. You will need 2 popsicle sticks for the sides of the ladder and 5 or 6 small sticks (by cutting the popsicle into small pieces) for the stairs of the ladder.
Use acrylic color to paint the popsicles prepared for the ladder. Once the paint is complete, allow the paint to dry.
Place the 2 side popsicles on a flat surface, parallel wise. Keep a small gap between both side popsicles, so that the small sticks can be attached on both sides when gluing them.
Prepare needle and thread and thread pompoms/wooden beads/ seed beads into it.
Or
Cut out small triangle shapes from coloured craft papers and stick them on a piece of thread to make a mini paper bunting.
Keep at least 24 cm extra thread on both open ends.
Check if all items for the mini leprechaun garden are ready.
Decorate the garden (on the tin can prepared in previous step) with the items. Add more decors if you want to.
Enjoy!
