This is the 2nd time I've made these for my family and the 1st time I made them I was a little skeptical, but they are delicious! My picky eater daughter loved them, she ate two. I think my hubby was a little weary at first and he was pleasantly surprised. It's a new staple when we want lasagna with a twist!
