My kids adore dogs and are constantly begging for a little puppy of their own. Unfortunately for them my husband will only agree to allow them to have pet fish. With a little bit of imagination though, and the help of furReal Walkalots Big Wags, they can have their own little ball of fur to take on walks and care for.
furReal Walkalots Big Wags includes pet, leash (2 pieces), handle, connector, and instructions, as well as a coin cell battery.
What’s more fun than walking a pet? walking lots of them! furReal Walkalots pets feature a connectible system that lets kids walk one pet alone, or a pack! The leash includes a connector to add up to two walk a lots Lil’ wags pets (sold separately) in addition to the Big wags pet.
The leash easily clicks together and inserts into the slot on his back. The leash is stiff plastic which is what allows you to push the pet along and is a pretty good length for the 5 and below crowd. It would be nice though if there was an ability to adjust the length of the leash as my 7 year old has to bend over to push the pup along and that makes for uncomfortable play.
Push the pet forward using it’s leash and the pet will “walk” along wagging its tail and bobbling its head while making a variety of fun sounds. He barks and yaps as he moves around.
Ava, 5, has had a lot of fun taking her puppy out for walks around the house and will often co-ordinate walking around with one of her babies in a carrier and pushing her little pup around for a family “outing”. It’s a joy to watch her use her imagination in play!
The furReal Walkalots Big Wags pet would be an especially great gift this year for any pet loving child who loves to push toys around. Purchase from Amazon for only $22.37 CAD.
