Summer has arrived which means things are about to get hectic! The kids are home from school, vacations are planned and it’s time to get out and enjoy the sunshine. With all the summer activities and commotion, it can be hard to find the time to take care of yourself.  Remember, having fun this summer also means staying healthy!  Here are a few tips from Church & Dwight to ensure your summer kicks off without a hitch and great start towards a healthier you this summer!.

Great tips! I have the sunscreen down (I burn way too easily to not use it!). I really do need to remember to take my vitamins. I've always been so bad at that :(

It helps if you make it part of a routine, I have to admit I'm pretty bad at it most of the time too though.
