These DIY Eucalyptus shower steamers help ease congestion. Make a few batches and be ready all winter long with this shower steamer recipe!
These Eucalyptus Shower Steamers give the same relief as sitting with your head over a bowl of steam without making you take time out of your busy day. I love using shower steamers because they are effective and easy to make at home.
Why Use Eucalyptus in This Shower Steamer Recipe?
The scent of Eucalyptus is refreshing in the shower and really works well to provide much needed relief for congestion and to help sooth sinus symptoms.
Eucalyptus has a long history of use to help relieve the effects of colds, and other respiratory infections. Even store bought chest rubs for the use of cold relief make use of it.
How to use Shower Steamers
Simply place in your shower just outside the stream of water. When you run the hot water the steamers will start to fizz and releasing Eucalyptus into the steamy air.
