Chalkboard everything is still the current trend and probably will be for a long time to come. I’ve seen chalkboard walls, trays and even chalkboard pumpkins. Oh wait, that chalkboard tray was me! Seriously though, have you seen pinterest? I’m pretty sure you can find chalkboard anything on there.
The one thing I’ve always loved about chalkboards is chalkboard art. The things people come up with is pretty inspiring!
I’ve been busy checking out CraftyCroc liquid chalk markers and adhesive chalkboard labels and now I am capable of coming up with some pretty fabulous chalkboard art too!
There are a variety of different options available with CraftyCroc liquid markers, you can buy packs of white, neon and earth tones. I would suggest grabbing the pack of 18 as it includes white, black, the neons and the earth tones.
What makes CraftyCroc different is that each chalk marker has a reversible tip. One end is chisel point and the other is rounded. Each pack also comes with two reversible replacement tips. Plus the colours are so intense and vibrant!
There is no odour and they are non-toxic which makes them safe for children to colour with. Think of all the fun your kids can have over the long winter months with these markers! You can use them to write on non-porous surfaces like windows, mirrors, plastic, metal and tiles and they wipe up easily with a damp cloth which makes clean up easy for mom & dad. The reversible tip also extends the life of the markers which is good news for those of you who have kids who think they have to press down as hard as they can when they colour.
They are easy to use. Just shake the markers well, remove the cap and prime the nib by pressing the marker down on a scrap paper until you see the nib fill with colour. Then start drawing! If you mess up, simply wipe it away and start over.
They also make a great gift for those into crafting, organising or even decorating. The colours are bright which is great for scrapbooking and card making as long as you seal your artwork after. Create art on the windows of your home to decorate for Christmas, Halloween and more. Organise with incredible labels on kitchen items and more using the chalkboard markers and CraftyCroc’s chalkboard labels! They do warn not to use them on painted chalkboards as they tend to be highly porous and could leave stains behind when wiped off.
When you use the chalk markers and chalkboard labels together .. magic pretty much happens without much talent needed. They are perfect for labelling, the chalk does not smudge but it does wipe away easily with water plus the label itself is easy to remove without leaving gunk behind to be moved to a different location if desired. The labels are made from a premium PVC with a matt finish making them very easy to use with the CraftyCroc™ liquid chalk markers or even regular chalk.
One Frugal Mom Eh reader will win a CraftyCroc Prize Pack which includes an 18 Pack of CraftyCroc Chalk Marks and a package of labels. Open to residents of Canada & the USA. Ends on December 3rd at 11:59 pm EST. See Giveaway Tools for entry and T&C.
