Inspired by Ben & Jerry’s Chunky Monkey Ice Cream, these Chunky Monkey Whoopie Pies are a perfect treat with chocolate, banana and walnuts coming together for one amazing dessert!
Whoopie pies are a classic treat, and these Chunky Monkey Whoopie Pies are a fun twist on the beloved dessert. IAn incredible banana cream sandwiched between chocolate cake and off with walnuts and chocolate chips. Yum!
To get the classic whoopee pie shape and pies that are all uniform, you can use a whoopee pie pan. If you don’t have a pan, you can instead pipe the cake batter on prepared parchment paper lined baking sheets. Simply trace circles onto the parchment paper with a pencil them flip over to use.
