S’more are an iconic summer dessert, a classic when it comes to camping and a favourite of people of all ages. There is just nothing like that comforting combination of warm graham cracker, melted chocolate and gooey marshmallows. These Mini Peanut Butter S’mores Tarts take the classic recipe and turns it on its head with a delicious twist!
Mini Peanut Butter S’mores Tarts
Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
Chocolate Pudding Mix
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Prepare the chocolate pudding according to the instructions.
Fill the Graham Crusts 1/3 of the way with the pudding.
Place a peanut butter cup in each of the graham crusts.
Cover with more chocolate pudding, leaving a small space to the top of the crust.
Cover with a layer of mini marshmallows.
Place mini pies on a baking sheet and put under the broiler until the marshmallows turn golden. (About 5-6 minutes)
