Chocolate Zucchini Muffins
These homemade chocolate zucchini muffins are as delicious as they are healthy and oh, so easy to make. I also love that my children don’t realize they even have veggies in them and always ask for seconds. They think they are brownie muffins so it’s a win-win for me.

Now this is one way I could get zucchini into my family, going to make these for sure!
oh yes! This is the recipe for me! I LOVE zucchini!!!!!
I use zucchini to make bread all the time i cant wait to give these a try they sound delicious
I like Zucchini in recipes because it turns out. I put it in all my breads and they always turn out more moist
Thank you for all the wonderful recipes. I print them up and keep them in a binder.
I was gifted with a large zucchini and this reciipe is the perfect fit for me. It sounds easy to make and delicious to eat. Thank you so much.
Are these mini muffins or regular sized muffins?
Standard sized. sorry there was a typo in the recipe, it was supposed to say two 12 cup muffin tins.
Do you know the caloric information on these? They are AMAZING by the way! 🙂
Should you squeeze out any juice from the shredded zucchini?
Mine didn’t come out as smooth. They look like chunky muffins 🙁
Mine too! Followed the recipe exactly and they are way too cocoa-y and look horrible. Wondering if it was supposed to say 1/4 cup of cocoa….
These didn’t come out well. I thought they would be nice and moist but they were dry and just not good.
I was expecting pretty chocolatey- they were! Looked a little more chunky than pic but not by much. This is what I had hoped for and my very picky eater seemed to really like them. I really liked them so I consider this an all around WIN! Thanks for the recipe
These muffins did not turn out as the photo shows. Followed recipe exact. The batter seemed very thick going in. I’m wondering if maybe the recipe should include a vegetable oil. The muffins turned out chunky and did not taste very good. Texture was off and no moisture.
Super unsatisfied with this recipe.
@MagD, same here. They look nothing like the picture. Very disappointed
Oh! I have to try these, I would cut down on the sugar and maybe put in some date syrup instead.
