White Chocolate Covered Strawberry Pops & Hearts

Romantic desserts don’t need to be fussy and these White Chocolate Covered Strawberry Pops & Hearts are just about as easy as it gets!   They are perfect for Valentine’s Day, a Romantic dinner for two and could even work well for a wedding!  I love how fresh they taste too, especially compared to the normally heavier desserts found in romantic situations.

The White Chocolate Covered Strawberry Pops are great not only for dessert but as an elegant centrepiece on your tablescape as well!

White Chocolate Covered Strawberry Pops

Ingredients:

12 Large Strawberries
12 Lollipop Sticks
4 oz White Chocolate
Silver Nonpareils

Directions:

Clean and remove the stem of your strawberries then spear each Strawberry with a lollipop stick.

Melt your White Chocolate in a small bowl and allow to cool slightly before proceeding.

Dip your strawberries into the White Chocolate as little or as much as you want.

Carefully place nonpariels around the strawberries and set the strawberry pop aside in a tall cup or jar to cool off.

Place in fridge until the chocolate hardens then serve!
