Baby Alive Happy Hungry Baby

 

When it comes to baby dolls, my five year old daughter Ava just can’t get enough – and the more realistic the better.  She has pretty much put aside her favourite baby from when she was a toddler in favour of her Baby Alive dolls. She just loves how they interact with her during play.

This year she got to check out the Baby Alive Happy Hungry Baby, who like her other Baby Alive dolls, loves to eat and drink (and you know what that means!) but that isn’t all!

Kids can put baby’s bib on and sit her at her feeding tray while they mix up her favourite doll food from the included powdered food. She also comes with a bottle so she can can drink water – which also serves to help move her food out.

 

 

 

The happy Hungry baby responds when you feed her from her spoon with 50+ sounds and phrases – she even moves her head, opens her mouth wide, giggles and makes adorable slurping sounds. Feeding her is undoubtedly my daughter’s favourite activity, however she only comes with two packets of food so refills are necessary to pick up seperately.

Baby will remind when it is time for a diaper change – and she does come with two diapers just for this purpose. Afterwards rock baby to sleep – she will yawn and go to sleep.

 

 

 

The doll features both a mommy and daddy mode so little mommies and daddies alike can imagine caring for their baby and enjoy sweet moments together as they play. In fact I caught the baby saying “I love you, Mommy” and Ava responded with “I love you too, Baby!”. So adorable.

This sweet baby doll makes feeding and changing time feel real and makes play time so much more fun for little mommies and daddies. It’s a great gift for kids ages 3 years old and up!
