Life with children can be hectic at the best of times which can often mean last minute thrown together meals or worse, having to order out. It’s nice to have a few fall back dinners in your back pocket as go-to meals when you are in a rush or just don’t feel like slaving over a stove for a long period of time.
This recipe for Sweet and Sour Pork is beyond quick and easy thanks to Maple Leaf® Country Kitchen® Smoked Ham. Since the ham is already cooked it does not take a lot of cook time when incorporated into tasty recipes like this. Forget takeout, I love how complex the flavours are in this dish.

Thank you so much for this recipe. I have been thinking of cooking pork ribs in my slow cooker and I think you sweet and sour ingredients for your recipe would be fine for the slow cooker ribs. It seems to be a wonderful combination of flavors.
