These Strawberry Cheesecake Parfaits have all the flavours of classic cheesecake layered into an easy, no-bake dessert. Creamy cheesecake filling, buttery graham cracker crumbs, and sweet, juicy strawberries come together in individual servings that look as good as they taste.
Theyโre simple to assemble and perfect for spring gatherings, summer barbecues, or whenever you want a dessert that feels special without turning on the oven.
Recipe Highlights โ Why This Recipe Works
- No-bake dessert โ Perfect for warmer months when you donโt want to turn on the oven.
- Classic cheesecake flavour โ Creamy filling layered with buttery graham cracker crumbs and fresh strawberries.
- Individual servings โ Easy to portion and ideal for parties, showers, or holiday gatherings.
- Make-ahead friendly โ Prepare in advance and chill until ready to serve.
- Simple ingredients โ Made with pantry staples and fresh berries.

Tips for Best Results
- Use fully softened cream cheese โ This ensures a smooth, lump-free cheesecake filling. Cold cream cheese can leave small lumps.
- Whip the cream to stiff peaks โ Properly whipped cream gives the filling structure and helps it hold its shape in the glasses.
- Let the strawberries macerate โ Tossing them with sugar and letting them sit draws out their juices and boosts flavour.
- Chill before serving โ At least one hour in the fridge helps the layers set and improves texture.
- Assemble just before serving if needed โ For the neatest layers, you can prep the components ahead and assemble closer to serving time.

Ingredients and Substitutions
- Cream cheese โ Full-fat cream cheese gives the creamiest texture; reduced-fat cream cheese can be used but the filling will be slightly lighter.
- Heavy cream โ Can substitute with whipped topped if desired.
- Granulated sugar โ Can replace with coconut sugar or a 1:1 sugar substitute.
- Vanilla extract โ Almond or maple extract can be used for a subtle flavour twist.
- Graham cracker crumbs โ Digestive biscuits or gluten-free graham crumbs work for a different base or gluten-free option.
- Butter โ Can substitute with coconut oil or a vegan butter for a dairy-free version.
- Strawberries โ Fresh is best, but frozen (thawed) or a mix of berries can also be used.
