Egg roll wrappers can be a little tricky to work with at first, but with a little practice you’ll be able to make them look and taste great! Here are a few tips to help keep them from falling apart:

  • Brush the corner of the wrapper with water as directed and press the edges together to seal them.
  • Do not overfill your wrappers, use about 2 tablespoons of filling per roll.
  • Be sure to cook the egg rolls until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • If you’re using a deep fryer, be sure to keep the oil at the right temperature.

What Is The Easiest Way To Peel Fresh Peaches?

Peeling peaches can be a pain, which is why I make these with frozen peaches, but if you prefer to use fresh peaches you will need to peel them.

The easiest way to peel a peach is by blanching them first.

  1. Add 3-4 cups of ice cubes to a large bowl with cold water. Set aside.
  2. Next, bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer.
  3. Add your peaches to the simmering water for only 30 seconds.
  4. Remove the peaches from the hot water and immediately place into the prepared cold water bath.
  5. Use your fingers to easily peel the skin off of your fresh peaches.

How to Make Egg Rolls in Your Air Fryer

If you want to reduce the oil used or just want to skip deep frying, then pull out your air fryer.

Place the egg rolls in the basket of your air fryer in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch. Spray or brush them lightly with oil.

Place the basket in the air fryer and turn the air fryer to 350° Fahrenheit. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes, then flip the egg rolls, spray or brush with oil a second time, and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

How to Store Left Over Peach Egg Rolls

If you have left over peach egg rolls, the best way to store them is in an airtight container in the fridge after they have cooled off. They will last for up to 3 days in the fridge.

If you need to store them for longer, you can freeze them for up to 2 months. Wrap the completely cooled egg rolls in plastic wrap and then place in an air tight freezer bag or wrap tightly in aluminum foil.

How to Reheat Left Over Peach Egg Rolls

When reheating frozen egg rolls, make sure to thaw them completely before reheating. The best way to reheat them is in the oven or air fryer.

For the oven, preheat it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the egg rolls for 10-12 minutes.

For the air fryer, set it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and cook the egg rolls for 3-4 minutes.

You can also reheat them in the microwave, but they will not be crispy. To do this, place them on a plate and heat them for 1-2 minutes on high power.

You can also just enjoy them chilled from the fridge.

Ingredients for Peach Egg Rolls

About the Ingredients for Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls

Peaches – Fresh peaches or frozen peaches are ideal, but you can use canned peaches in a pinch. If you do use canned peaches be sure to drain them well.

Sugar – We use a combination of brown sugar and white sugar to get just the right amount of sweetness and depth to the peaches. We use more sugar for the cinnamon sugar coating.

Cornstarch – You can also substitute with flour or tapioca powder. It acts as a thickener. If you use flour or tapioca powder you will need to double the amount called for

Lemon – The lemon juice helps to balance the sweetness of the filling.

Spices – We use cinnamon and nutmeg as warming spices in the filling. If you prefer the a cleaner fruit taste feel free to omit.

Vanilla – Vanilla extract may be used instead of vanilla bean paste, simply increase the amount to 1 tsp.

Butter – I recommend unsalted butter. If all you have is salted, omit the added salt

Egg Roll Wrappers – You can use either store bought or homemade egg roll wrappers. You will need 15 egg roll wrappers for this recipe.

Oil – Use a neutral flavoured oil with a high smoke point for frying.
