By filling your stomach a little before you’re around others, you’ll be less likely to crave the unhealthy foods around you. If someone offers you something not in your diet, you can politely explain that you’re not interested because you had a light meal before coming.

This will give you the same great taste you love without compromising on your health goals.

Ask for the support of those closest to you. Let co-workers, family and friends know about the healthy lifestyle changes that you’re trying to make. Let them know that you’d appreciate it if they helped you along the way by helping to keep naughty foods out of sight. You may even want to see if anyone wants to join you on your journey!
