Delicious Oreo Stuffed Brownies – fudgy brownies layered with Oreos and topped with chocolate chips. Brownies don’t get much better than this!
I love fugdy brownies – with crackly tops, and so much delicious goodness you can’t help but reach for a second piece. These incredible Oreo stuffed brownies take your Granny’s brownie recipe to a whole new level.

Red Velvet Brownies with Cream Cheese Frosting
Oreo Stuffed Brownies
Ingredients:
1 box of brownie mix, any brand + required ingredients
1 package of Oreo cookies
1/4 C. mini chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line an 8×8 or 9×13 baking pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Prepare the box brownie mix according to packages directions.
3. Spread about 1/4 of the brownie batter into the bottom of your baking pan. Next, place Oreos side by side on top of the brownie batter (see photo).
4. Once the Oreos are in the pan, gently and evenly spread the rest of the brownie batter over the top of the Oreos (see photo).
5. Sprinkle with chocolate chips then place in the oven to bake. (see photo)
6. If baking in an 8×8 pan, bake 35-40 minutes. If using a 9×13 pan, bake 25-30 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.

What size box of brownies? Small box (8x8 size) or Lg. box (9x13)??

We only get the 300g boxes here. Not sure what size that is comparable to but I would guess 9x13.

How can you tell when these are done? They've been in the oven for 40 minutes (9x13 pan) and still look pretty gooey in the middle!

When they start to pull away from the side of the pan they are done. Also a toothpick inserted will come out with little bits attached but no liquid.

If you use a 9x13 pan ,do you need to double the recipe ??

No, just follow the instructions. The bake time for 9x13 is included in the recipe.
