Orange Crush Cupcakes
I love doctoring box cake mixes and quite frankly this doctored cake mix recipe for orange crush cupcakes is the bomb. It’s got bright citrus flavours and results in a divine, fluffy cupcake.
I used the PC Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Cake Baking Mix as I think it has the most amazing flavour but any vanilla or white cake mix will work.
Whip up a dozen of these sensational treats and they are sure to disappear in no time.

Hi Ellouisa, I used a Wilton 1M! Thank you! 🙂
These cupcakes sound absolutely delicious! This is definitely a recipe I want to try.
But they would be runny the only one box of cake mix and a Coke and a crush how could It cook
The Crush literally just replaces milk? Eggs and oil still get added to the mix. Really confused over your confusion?
Tried this recipe and they taste great but for some reason they came out so flat. All I can think is maybe i over mixed?
