These Mummy Calzones are perfect Halloween party food – a delicious and not so spooky meal that kids and adults will enjoy alike.
Mummy Calzones
Ingredients:
Refrigerated Pizza Dough
Mozzarella Cheese
Pizza Sauce
Black Olives
Pepperoni
Directions:
Open the pizza dough and lay out on a piece of parchment paper.
Slice each side of the dough towards the centre leaving about 4 inches in the middle. Refer to the photo.
Use a spoon to spread pizza sauce on the middle of the pizza crust.
Pile pepperoni down the middle of the pizza crust.
Pile mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
Add 2 black olives towards the top for the mummies eyeballs.
Wrap the sides of the pizza crust back and forth, overlapping as you go.
Bake the mummy at 350 degrees for 15-22 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!

These sound delicious. My son makes mommy hot dogs on Halloween, hot dog sausage wrapped similarly as yours to look like bandages in puff pastry. The kids love them :-)
