Ingredients:

1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen berries
1 cup frozen sliced peaches
½ cup almond milk yogurt

Directions:

Thoroughly wash your fresh strawberries and rinse all of the frozen fruit.

If the strawberries are fresh, place them in the bottom of the blender right on top of the yogurt and then you should be able to easily blend right away. If they are frozen letting the fruit sit in the pitcher for 10 to 30 minutes will help soften everything.

Blend until combined (about 1 minute in a Vitamix).

This amount will make a single ‘meal’ smoothie or a shared ‘snack’ size smoothie with your sweetie.

Serve chilled and enjoy!
