Healthy Fudgsicles

Ingredients:

2 cup greek yogurt

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1-2 Tablespoons maple syrup, to taste

 

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a smoothie blender and purée, or a bowl and mix.

Taste and adjust the sweetness to your personal preference.

Divide the mixture amongst 6 popsicle moulds and freeze for 4 hours, or overnight.

Pop out (you may need to run them under hot water first) and serve.

Enjoy immediately.

  1. I do feel a little guilty about all the sugar in store-bought popsicles so I am going to try making these instead.
