Kid Friendly Slow Cooker Wassail
Wassail is traditionally drunk on Christmas Eve and is a special type of hot mulled cider that typically contained eggs. This slow cooker Wassail is super easy and kid friendly too as no brandy or sherry is added. Slow Cooker Wassail has a sweet and perfectly spiced flavour that is perfect for Christmas parties or as a warm drink on Christmas Eve.
Keep the wassail warm in your slow cooker and if desired remove the orange slices and cinnamon sticks prior to serving to guests. Of course, some may enjoy a warm slice or juicy orange in their mug!
