  1. Love Summer Salads, thanks for sharing these recipes! Some new ones to add to the menu this year 🙂

  2. Really tasty picks here! I love trying something new…..but my all time favorite is a cucumber, tomato and feta cheese salad with olive oil and wine vinegar!

  3. What a great collection of interesting salads.
I learnt to appreciate wonderful salads in Greece, simple tomato or cucumber salads dressed with vinegar, olive oil, a touch of mustard and diced onions and goats cheese on top. I now add a couple of drops of maple syrup to the dressing and that adds a delicious touch.

  4. I love salads! They’re perfect for summer — so crisp and refreshing! I’d love to try the strawberry and spinach salad — I’ve never thought of combining the two before! Thanks for sharing this delicious collection!

  5. That Fresh Green Bean, Walnut, & Feta Salad looks incredible!!

Hubby doesn’t know it yet, but he’s on duty for groceries today, perhaps I should add a few items to the list and make this today 🙂
