It’s been awhile now since I first reviewed my first I See Me! book and its still safe to say that I love absolutely love their offerings. The I See Me! mission is to increase self esteem in children through personalized books that celebrate the uniqueness of each child. The goal of their books is to show each child how absolutely unique and special he or she is, to teach the child how to spell his or her name, and to build vocabulary skills.
This Christmas season I See Me! has put together a line of beautiful personalized I See Me! personalized children’s books Christmas Books and Gifts. This year I wanted to check out some Christmas titles for my gift guide. Last year I took a look at My Very Merry Christmas Board Book, the matching Colouring and Activity Book, and the “The Star On The Tree” Personalized Placemat. This year I am taking a look at My Night Before Christmas and A Christmas Bear for Me.
I ordered My Night Before Christmas for Keira and we were able to have it personalized with her photo and a message from us to her. Plus the character in the story is further personalized not only with her name but her sex and skin colour so the character is more recognizable as her. It also includes the names of other family members! How special is that?

This is a hardcover book with glossy pages and beautiful illustrations. It is definitely the high quality I have come to expect from I See Me! I love that they took the classic poem and modified it slightly to be able to seamlessly personalize it.
I know reading this book will become part of our holiday tradition, she just can’t get enough of reading the “Keira and Santa” story.
I ordered A Christmas Bear for Me for Ava. It of course includes a personalized dedication at the beginning of the book just for her.
A Christmas Bear for Me is a precious story about a child’s Christmas wish for a special Teddy Bear friend. This personalized storybook captures the anticipation leading up to Christmas morning and the magic of receiving a special gift from Santa.
Your child is the “star” of the Christmas book and his or her name is featured throughout story. Your child’s name and the names of his or her siblings or relatives are incorporated into intricate illustrations of stockings across the mantle and Santa’s list of who has been good! It comes with a cuddly, mini 6″ Gund plush bear and a personalized letter to the child from Santa.
The included Bear is a mini and absolutely soft and adorable. Both Girls have Large Gund Bears I got them for their first birthdays (Ava hasn’t received hers yet but I found hers and bought it before she was born. haha). This started because I was given a large Gund bear for my first Christmas and he is still my best buddy so I thought we could carry on that tradition. Keira carries her Bear everywhere with her along with a mini bear just like this one whom she calls “Baby Bear”. I thought it fitting that Ava would have her own “Baby Bear” too.
The Book itself is also hardcover with lovely glossy pages and plenty of personalisation including not only Ava herself but our whole family which is quite nice. The book does come with a letter separate from the book itself written to Ava from Santa. It is nice that he same letter is also featured in the book itself.

I love personalized books! My daughter has 2 different kinds already but I want to add more to her collection. This seems to be a bit different (with the presentation and shape) and I’d love to have this for my daughter! She’ll be thrilled again and I bet she won’t stop making me read it to her!
