Keira and Ava are pretty serious Mickey Mouse fans, honestly nothing gets them to both sit down and focus for awhile like Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.  Keira was absolutely delighted when I showed her the new DVD and was happier still when I let her watch it right away.  She now refers to it as the Spooky Mickey “DDD”.  (She still hasn’t figured out that it’s a DVD not a DDD and it’s way too cute to correct just now!)  It’s definitely become flavour of the month, I don’t think we’ve watched regular tv since receiving the DVD as she has used all her TV time to watch Mickey’s Monster Musical.
I don’t mind her obsessively watching it as it is filled with the same fun, age appropriate, educational entertainment one expects to find from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.   The episodes are definitely far from scary but rather make the spooky seem less so which is great as we get closer to Halloween.  Plus the title episodes are filled with songs that will have your kids happily singing along in no time!
The included tote bag is a nice bonus and perfect for a toddler or preschooler to carry around on Halloween day.
