Like many girls before and after me, I just loved Barbie as a child.  I loved collecting new Barbie fashions, dressing her up, having her date one of my transformers since I didn’t have a Ken doll, and much to the chagrin of my own mother, cutting their hair! 
 
When I found out I was going to have a daughter I got kind of excited at the idea of getting to play with Barbie again. Keira might be small still but she already has a nice collection of Barbie dolls and accessories for us to play with.

Barbie my Dreams is a new online interactive site for contests, games and of course dreams! Canadian Barbie fans of all ages will love collecting their favourite fashions and more plus the chance to enter the latest contests!  I love the familiar concept, it is much like Pinterest except users “re-post” dreams uploaded by Barbie and her pals.  It is safe because your child will not interact with other users and everything is private.  When you sign up for a Barbie my Dreams account you will also be the first to be notified of new promotions!

Keira and I had a really fun time looking through the main board and re-posting her favourites to our boards.  Of course I couldn’t help but re-post some of my own favourites too!  The best part is that while we were having so much fun we got to enter the Express your Style Contest!
