15 Minute White Bean and Ham Soup with Kale
Last week I shared with you my recipe for 15 Minute Sweet and Sour Pork using Maple Leaf® Country Kitchen® Smoked Ham
I love finding new quick and easy dinner ideas and this 15 Minute White Bean and Ham Soup with Kale caught my eye on AppEhtite.ca. I did tweak it a bit to suit my family’s tastes a bit more and it came out amazing. I particularly like the chopped up Kale in it, what a great idea!
I was surprised by how much flavour the soup has despite the quick cook time. Using the Schneiders® Old Fashioned® 25% Less Sodium Smoked Ham really makes things so much easier.

I find Kale to be one of the most misunderstood veggies of the brassica queendom. This soup looks like a delicious way to use tons of it! I have a taste for spice, so if it were me, I might try adding a bit of Dijon mustard and hot sauce. Yum!
