White Chocolate Covered Strawberry Hearts

Toothpicks

White Chocolate
Silver Nonpariels
Instructions
Clean and pare off the stems from the strawberries.
Slice the strawberries in half lengthwise and dab off moisture with a paper towel.
Create a heart shape by place the two halves side by side, cut side down and spear through the side with a toothpick to hold the slices together.
Melt the white chocolate in a shallow bowl and allow to cool slightly.
Dip/Cover the hearts in white chocolate as well as you can and place down on a sheet of parchment paper.
Sprinkle with silver nonpariels then transfer to the fridge until chocolate is hardened.
