Sugar Cookie Homemade Playdough
Cream of Tartar
In a medium sauce pan, mix the flour, salt and cream of tartar together then whisk in the water, oil, and extracts until smooth.
Place over low heat and stir until it thickens and becomes hard to stir. When it is ready it tends to form a ball (4 mins).
Remove to a heat safe surface and knead a few times before setting aside to cool. Store in an air-tkight container.
