Slow Cooker Turkey Black Bean Chili
Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cans black beans drained and rinsed
  • 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes undrained
  • Green Bell Pepper chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 2 large cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 package taco seasoning
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to your slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  3. Break apart turkey and stir.
To Freeze and Cook Later:
  1. Add all ingredients to a gallon-sized freezer bag, seal, and freeze for up to three months.
  2. Thaw in fridge.
  3. Cover and cook on low in slow cooker for 6-8 hours.
  4. Break apart ground turkey and stir.
