  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups blueberries
  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add oats and cinnamon.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in frozen berries. The frozen fruit will cool the mixture down so you could eat it pretty quickly.
  5. Garnish with some hemp hearts, flax seeds, chia seeds or granola.
  6. Serve with milk and sugar.
