Quick and Easy Peri Peri Chicken Breasts

  • 4-6 Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Nando's Peri Peri Sauce1 tbsp
  • Olive Oil If Pan Frying
  1. If pan frying then butterfly the chicken breast by cutting it roughly in half most of the way through.
  2. Place your chicken into a marinading dish and squeeze the juice of half a lemon over them.
  3. Pour a generous amount of Nando's Peri Peri sauce over the chicken.
  4. Allow to marinade for 30 minutes.
  5. If pan frying heat up olive oil and then place chicken in the pan. If using a grill just place on the grill at medium-high heat. Cook about 3-4 minutes per side for either cooking method and then remove from pan and serve with lemon wedges.
