Thumbprint Cookies with Icing
Bacon Pancakes

  • Bacon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter soft
  • 1 egg
  1. Fry Bacon in a pan to desired level of crispyness.
  2. Pat grease of the bacon and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and sugar.
  4. Make a well in the centre and pour in the milk, egg and butter; mix until smooth.
  5. Add a couple pieces of Bacon back to your pan, over medium-high heat.
  6. Poor a couple tablespoons full of batter over bacon, following the shape of the bacon.
  7. Brown on both sides and serve hot with Maple Syrup.
