Pineapple Delight
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Butter Softened
  • 2 Eggs
  • 10 oz Whipped Cream
  • 2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 20 oz Can Pineapple Crushed
Instructions
  1. Cream together sugar and butter.
  2. Add 1 egg at a time and beat.
  3. Place a layer of graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of pan, reserving some for sprinkling.
  4. Spread butter mixture over graham crumbs then spread with whipped cream and add a layer of pineapple.
  5. Sprinkle reserved graham cracker crumbs over the top.
  6. Chill.
